30-day returns: If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items: Electrical components, custom or special-order parts, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned once installed or opened, due to safety and resale restrictions.

Manufacturer warranty: Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 90 days to lifetime coverage depending on the brand and part type. Warranty details are listed on individual product pages, and our team can help you file a claim if something fails under normal use.

Wrong or defective parts: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to start a return: Email our support team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
